Judith Ivers
Judith is the owner of North London Nannies and has 16 years experience within Childcare recruitment. Her experience is vast on both sides of the desk; she is a working mother of 5 and sees and understands all aspects of child care from the initial stages of a candidate’s interview in her office to the candidate’s placement with a family. “When I interview I look for more than the qualification or experience. I need to see something more, initiative, a love for children and an indescribable something that tells me that if I was the parent employing, is this candidate right for my children and me?”
Caren James
Highly experienced within the child care recruitment field, Caren’s career began as a nanny to eventually setting up her own Nanny agency for which she ran successfully for many years. One day a week Caren still nannies allowing her to maintain an understanding for both the clients and carers needs. She maintains the highest of standards when interviewing and putting candidates forward for positions. Caren is keen to ensure a professional standing within the industry has been instrumental in setting up North London Nannies monthly first aid course for both candidates and parents together with promoting childcare induction courses for candidates with out any formal childcare qualification. Both the first aid and the induction course meet the criteria for the Child Care Approval Scheme.
Patrycja Mocek
Patrycja is a university graduate and started her career in England as a nanny. She joined North London Nannies in 2005 and heads our Au Pair section as well as dealing with all administrative matters. A highly professional and dedicated member of our team, she is multi lingual and has a keen interest in child psychology and behaviour.
