Who are we?

Today's company was forged by the merging of two childcare agencies North London Nannies and Simply Domestics Child Care division.

Both North London Nannies and Simply Domestics Childcare were established in 1989, when two mothers needed child care. They made the rounds of existing child care agencies and came away disappointed with the quality of service they received. Both mothers felt they had a right to expect something better, and knew they could provide it. They resolved to set standards which they - and their clients - could expect.

Since 1989, both companies have proved themselves, providing a professional, caring and personalised approach to our clients' needs - and a service that does not end the moment the childcare provider arrives on the doorstep, but that includes follow-ups to make sure that you, your family and the carer are happy. In 2004, Judith Ivers, the director of Simply Domestics Childcare, acquired North London Nannies which today, from the company's high street premises in Muswell Hill, continues to be a leading child care provider throughout the London area.
